Findings

  • Overwhelmed with information / general mistrust of information
  • Personalized features/ recommendations is the most sought feature.
  • Cost was one inhibiting factor mentioned by the users; therefore, reward system is another need to keep the users engaged
  • Users also said that if there was a way to showcase their achievements or progress on the social media, that would be nice.
